Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed according to classical features, U.S.G. report and routine urine examination will be taken. 2. Subjects of the both sex and age group between 16-60 years will be selected. 3. Patient with clinical feature of Mutrashmari (Urinary calculus) will be selected. 4. Patient with urinary calculus of size = 10mm will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with the history of Acute or Chronic renal failure, uncontrolled metabolic disorder, hypertension and any endocrinal diseases will be excluded. 2. Subjects with gross Hydronephrosis will be excluded. 3. Patient not giving consent. 4. Patient contraindicated for Kshara. 5. Patient with urinary calculus of size = 10 mm
