Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children presenting with acute onset of fever ( <5 days ) , associated with change in the mental status such as confusion , disorientation ,coma, inability to talk or new onset of seizures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who r known case of febrile seizures Children who r known case of epilepsy
