Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Systemically healthy subjects. • Subjects aged =18. • Subjects with chronic periodontitis (according to AAP classification 1999)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with presence of systemic diseases. • History of periodontal therapy in the past 6 months. • Antibiotic use in the past 6 months. • Pregnant and lactating women. • Smokers.
