Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with chronic stroke ( > 6 months of affection) 2. Age: presenting the weakness/ spasticity of affected side. 3. Ability to understand instructions and follow the study program 4. Both gender. 5. Able to maintain comfortable sitting position 6. Willing to participate 7. Non-smokers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are unable to perform due to any reason 2.Patients with facial palsy which prevents labial occlusion. 3.Individuals with more than one episode of stroke. 4.Diagnosed patients with respiratory disorder. 5.Patients with neurosurgical, musculoskeletal disorders. 6. Stroke patients doing routine respiratory exercise.
