Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children between age group of 6 to 10 years irrespective of sex religion and socioeconomic status 2 All Children using Digital Media more than 2 hours/day 17 presenting with following clinical features of Digital Media Overuse will be included in this study headache dryness of eyes burning sensation of eyes sleep disturbance irritability poor concentration and attention span etc The children who will have at least 4 clinical features of Digital Media Overuse will be included in this study in either group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with anemia Children with psychological disorders like ADHD, Autism etc Children with K/C/O any Neurological disorder. Children suffering from any systemic or metabolic disorders
