Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single episode of stroke involving one cerebral hemisphere of duration more than 2 months 2.Stroke occurance confirmed by MRI or CT 3.Voluntary shoulder flexion of the affected arm =20° with simultaneous elbow extension =10°and metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joint extension =10° of the paretic limb 4.UE Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of 17 to 56 5.Modified Ashworth Scale more than 1 over the elbow flexor, forearm pronator,wristflexor,and or finger flexor muscles 6.Able to sit for at least 30 minutes without assistance

1 To assess and compare the improvement in amount of use of the paretic hand and arm and the quality of movement in activities of daily living using Upper extremity Motor Activity Log (UE MAL SCORE) at baseline and after 1 month and 3 month of VR rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation. 2 To assess improvement in spasticity using Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) after 1 month of Botulinum- A injection in both the groups.
