Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female genders aged from 30 to 60 years were recruited into the study And those satisfying American Diabetes Association (ADA) medical guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under the influence of any psychoactive substances, sedatives, anxiolytics, anti-depressants, and other co-morbid conditions except obesity were excluded from the study
