Intervention1: Ketamine: 15mg of ketamine will be administered 3minutes before sub-arachnoid block and the response is recorded until completion of caesarean section or 60minutes whichever is earlier.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 21years to 35years ,ASA grade 2 scheduled for elective caesarean section under sub-arachnoid block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 35years Lack of patients consent ASA grade 3 or more Patients with abnormal coagulation profile Patients with local skin site infection Patients with hypersensitivity to ketamine Failure of sub-arachnoid block
