Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 18 years 2) Diagnosed as acute heart failure based upon clinical diagnostic criteria ( Framingham Heart Failure diagnostic criteria ) and European society of cardiology diagnostic algorithm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction 2) patients undergoing dialysis
