Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Fasting blood glucose level greater than 126mg per dl. 4. Patients with albuminuria Albumin creatinine ratio in urine greater than 30 mg per g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic women in pregnancy. 2. Patients with GFR less tha 60 mL per min per 1·73m². 3. Patients with serum creatinine greater than1.2 mg per dl.
