Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 predominantly vataj pittaj kaphaj 30 patients of each group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from hypertension, diabetes mellitus,renal failure bleeding disorder(coagulation disorder) thyroid disease, trauma, heart disease or other severe disease.
