Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted with diagnosis of acute pyelonephritis admitted under departments of Nephrology and Urology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients, patients less than 18 years of age, patients with chronic kidney disease stage 5 or dialysis.
