Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Migrant population present in Urban Udupi district namely in following PHC areas: 1. Manipal UPHC 2. FPAI Kukkikatte 3.UPHC Udupi 4. PHC Hirebettu History of fever in any family member during last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Those who deny consent for participation.

MeasureTime frame
1. Total episodes of fever, 2. Diagnosis (known or unknown), 3. Health seeking behaviour, 4. Frequency of antibiotic use (within the last 6 months), 5. Level of knowledge regarding AMR among population, 6. Level of knowledge regarding AMR among experts like Pharmacists and health care professionals, 7. Strategies to reduce the prevalence of AMR in the community according to experts, 8. Strategies to reduce the prevalence of AMR in the community according to people (non-experts).Timepoint: All the above mentioned outcomes will be assessed at one point in time.
