Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Nursing staff suffered from stress are subject to written informed consent. • Able to understand Hindi / English language. Perceived stress scale should be less than 14 Kessler psychological distress scale should be less than 20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Cognitive impairment. • Systematic illness upper respiratory tract, fever, and any communicable disease.
