Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients of either sex , aged between 18- 55 years belonging to ASA class 1 and class 2 without any severe comorbid diseases scheduled for elective upper arm surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less then 18 years and more than 55 years ASA class 3 , 4 , 5 Cardiovascular , respiratory an neurological disorders and myopathies
