Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Nurses who are working in ICUs for more than 6 months. -Nurses who are involved in direct patient care in AICU, Neuro ICU. -Participant who volunteered to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Nurses as assistant nursing superintendents and senior nursing officers, who are not involved in direct patient care. -Nurses who are transferred from one ICU to another during last one month.

MeasureTime frame
Assess the impact of the Alarm management module on Alarm fatigue of ICU NURSES using the Alarm Fatigue Assessment (AFA) Questionnaire. Timepoint: Pretest is done on the first day after obtaining informed consent and post-test is done on the fifth day after three days of implementing the Alarm Management M-Learning Module as an intervention.
