Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients more than 18 years of age diagnosed with oropharynx and laryngopharynx cancer, receiving concurrent chemoradiation therapy. 2.Cisplatin eligible 3.Selected VMAT technique for radical radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with known illnesses like heart failure, chronic kidney disease. 2.Patient who are not willing to be part of study.

Completion of treatment, full radiation therapy course without any breaks for more than 3 days and with 5 or more cycles of concurrent chemotherapy.Timepoint: Weekly assessment for 7 weeks, during the course of RT
