Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Maximum ulcer area of 100 sq cm Wagner’s classification grade 1 & 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with ß hemolytic streptococcus infection Patients who were positive for HIV, HBsAg and HCV Patients with coagulation disorders Malignant ulcer Monophasis PVD
