Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Frankl behaviour rating scale 3,4 Diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis in primary mandibular molars. No sign of physiological,pathological root resorption on radiographic examination. Presence of sufficient coronal structure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No intake of analgesic or antibiotic 12 hours prior to procedure. No systemic illness. Presence of furcal abscess , sinus tract. Uncooperative patients.
