Inclusion criteria: Patient posted for elective craniotomy or craniectomy for brain tumor resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: GCS less than 15 Patients refusal Patients on other steroids other than Dexamethasone Recent Hospitalisation Renal impairment
