Interventions

Intervention1: Individualized Homoeopathic Medicines: Totality of symptoms shall be constituted after the case taking. The symptoms will be repertorized using the suitable repertory in RADAR Opus soft

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age 20-70 years of any gender. 2. Patients with reduction in FEV1 by FVC Ratio (50-70 per.) 3. Patient with a post-bronchodilator FEV1 less than 80 per. and FEV1 by FVC ratio less than 70 per. 4. Patient with signs and symptoms of Chronic Bronchitis (like persistent cough, increased mucus production, shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest discomfort)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immune deficiency diseases like AIDS, cancer etc, 2. Patients with systemic illness that is contraindicated to spirometry (myocardial infarction, pneumothorax , large aneurysm etc), 3. Pregnant and lactating mother

Measure	Time frame
Spirometry will be done at the Baseline and at the 12th month. Chronic Bronchitis symptom assessment scale and St. George Respiratory Disease Questionnaire will be assessed at the Baseline and every month till the conclusion of the study. Timepoint: Spirometry will be done at the baseline and at the 12th month. Chronic Bronchitis symptom assessment scale and St. George Respiratory Disease Questionnaire will be assessed at the Baseline and every month till the conclusion of the study.	—
