Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 years and above, residing in the district for at least one year, with Pittsburg sleep quality index of more than 5 , having Mini Cog test more than 3, and those who can read and understand Manipuri(Bengali script) and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are receiving sleep medication and any anti-psychotic medicine, clinically diagnosed with any psychiatric illness and those who are bedridden
