Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient of either sex belonging to ASA physical status I & II 2)Patients undergoing burn wound dressing. 3)Area of burn 4)Ist and IInd degree burn
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Anticipated difficult airway 3)IIIrd degree burn 4)Patient having prior history of allergy with any of the drugs used in the study. 5)Patients with recent upper respiratory tract infection/ lower respiratory tract infection, nasal obstruction (mass), epistaxis, nasal congestion, sinusitis, congenital heart disease, mental retardation, or neurobehavioral problems. •Patients with extensive burns involving the upper extremities, with no place for the attachment of blood pressure apparatus or pulse oximeter probes, were also excluded.
