Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years having two sputum smear negative Patient with high clinical and radiological suspicion of Pulmonary Tuberculosis [Suspicion will be made on the basis of- Persistent cough (more than 2 weeks), Fever, Persistent radiological infiltrates (CXR showing atelectasis, consolidation, cavitation or effusion, infiltration) not responding to antimicrobials]
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient having history of taking anti-tubercular medication Patients with contraindications of bronchoscopy like Patients with hypoxia (SpO2 Patients having history malignant hyperthermia Patients with contraindiacation to anesthesia. Patients with bleeding diathesis Hemodynamically unstable patients. 3. Pregnant female patients
