Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetic patients age group 30-55 years with disease duration of less than 5 years in group I 2. Normal healthy people of age 30-55 years without diabetic mellitus in another group II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Significant cardiorespiratory , liver, endocrine disease 2. Renal failure 3. Bone disease and skeletal muscle injury 4.Acutely ill and terminally ill patients 5. Pregnancy 6. Drugs- diuretics
