Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all genders with age group 18-25 years and willing to participate. College track and field athletes with at least 1 year of participation in track and field events.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any diagnosed lower limb fractures preventing them from participation in past 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded. Athletes with recent lower extremity surgery in past 12 months.
