Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critical care unit and Department Surgical Oncology in-patient or the patient attendant those who are above 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the patients of other departments

MeasureTime frame
Data will be collected through Picker Patient Experience (PPE-15) questionnaire from the participants after serving them Participant Information Sheet and Informed Consent translated in vernacular medium. This is a validated questionnaire with high internal consistency which seeks to know the respondents experience during their hospital stay. The study neither intends nor invokes any emotional trauma of the participants.Timepoint: 4 weeks
