Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Carcinoma oropharynx patients with histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma and are planned for radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy with a curative intent 2)patients of age greater than 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients less than 18 years of age and greater than 75 years of age 2)Patients with underlying conditions such as stroke , dementia, neuromuscular diseases, that had already caused or may cause dysphagia 3)Head and neck cancers other than oropharynx as the primary site 4)Any prior surgery or radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy for head and neck neoplasms
