Intervention1: equilibrium training on foam surface.: equilibrium on foam surface will be given and the training consist of 10 exercise total duration of 60 minutes with 10 minutes of warm up and cool

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged above 55 and above. Both male and females. Healthy elderly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants with history of injuries in past one year(injuries such as ankle sprain,ankle strain,hamstring injuries,acl tear). patient who had gone recent surgery of lower limb and trunk. participants with peripheral neurovascular disorders which may alter balance. any pathological conditions.

Balance is the primary outcome and measured using Timed Up and Go Test and Tandem stance testTimepoint: 2 points. Baseline, and after completion of study
