Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients with intervertebral disc prolapse presenting to orthopaedic OPD 2)skeletally mature people

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital disorders,metabolic disorder,infective pathology,tumourous pathology,fracture of lumbar spine
