Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female boxers with a playing experience of at least 1 to 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal deformity or neurological or cardiovascular disease. Pregnancy. Diabetes mellitus. Mechanical or pathological low back pain. Recent cervical or Shoulder injury. History of recent spine injury or trauma & Spine fractures.
