Intervention1: Root canal retreatment using Hyflex Remover File : The root canal retreatment will be completed in two visits with calcium hydroxide dressing after first visit. Patient will be recalled

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single rooted single canal teeth with secondary Endodontic infection. Periapical index score of 1 to 4. Pre-operative pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: complicating systemic disease (ASA: 3–6) multiple teeth that required treatment teeth with open apices an intraradicular post a sinus tract an overfilled canal severe periodontal defect or deep periodontal pocket (probing depth >4 mm) poor oral hygiene history of having taken analgesics 12 h or antibiotics 1 month before.
