Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age >28 weeks Antenatal cases like severe anemia, severe PET, APH,Pre eclampsia, eclampsia Intranatal cases like malpresentation, obstructed labor,cord prolapse,scar dehiscence, rupture uterus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All antenatal , postpartum and gynaecological cases which are not emergencies Surgical complications associated with pregnancy
