Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient coming for Inguinal hernia repair under spinal anesthesia under American society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade I,II,III . 2.Patient scheduled for both elective and emergency studies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. If the duration of surgery is more than 3 hours 3. Contraindications to regional anesthesia 4. Known allergy to local anesthetics 5. Bleeding diathesis 6. Use of any anti-coagulants 7. Inability to provide informed consent 8. Severe kidney or liver disease 9. Patient with psychiatric disorders
