Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients belonging to ASA grades- I, II and III 2. Patients undergoing elective craniotomies for non- vascular intracranial lesions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having anticipated difficult airways 2. Patients having hypertension or diabetes mellitus 3. Patients on any drug known to affect heart rate and blood pressure 4. Patient refusal to participate

| To compare heart rate and blood pressure changes triggered by the three different techniques of endotracheal intubation- direct laryngoscopy, Kingvision® chanelled video laryngoscopy, Blockbuster® LMA guided technique.Timepoint: primary outcome variables will be measured at the following time points: 1. Baseline 2. Following neuromuscular blockade 3. Immediately after endotracheal intubation 4. 4 more readings at 1 minute intervals starting from the previous recording | — |
