Inclusion criteria: Married female 25 to 35 year (reproductive age) planning for conception and willing to sign the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 7.Secondary infertility 8.Irregular menstrual cycle. 9.Any abnormalities detected during investigation and general examination.
