Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with chronic ankle instability Players having more than one year experience in taekwondo Players having the score of <27 in CAIT questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with existing musculoskeletal injuries other than ankle Instability Players with known neurological issues Players with bilateral ankle instability Players undergone any lowerlimb surgeries in one year Players having score of <27 in CAIT questionnaire
