Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study ASA1 , ASA2 undergoing elective septoplasty surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing consent. Emergency surgery Day care surgeries Patients with Dementia, substance abuse, neurologic or seizure disorder Uncooperative and unwilling patients Patients receiving any medication likely to influence the course of anaesthesia. For example-antipsychotic medicines. Impaired cardiovascular status
