Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-2 patients with anticipated diffiicult airway planned to undergo awake nasotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anaesthetics 2. significant systemic comorbidities 3. glottic/ subglottic obstruction
