Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender will be included. Age group between 19-25 years. Participants who are willing to participate. Participants with football experience of 1 year or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with lower limb injury, fracture, ligament tear, meniscal injury or any other injury preventing the participants from participation in last 6 months. Any diagnosed case of lower limb conditions. If the participant is undergoing any other rehabilitation program including lower extremity.
