Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes with intact tympanic membrane .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of middle ear diseases or surgeries. 2.Patients with conductive hearing loss. 3.Patients with occupational noise exposure and family history of deafness. 4.Patients with hypertension, thyroid disorders, cardiac diseases, renal failure, radiotherapy and autoimmune disease. 5.Patients on any ototoxic medications.
