Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for participants in the study include the ability to provide informed consent, being within the age range of 18 to 32, and proficiency in reading and writing English, and having education at least up to 8th standard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the exclusion criteria involve individuals with nicotine abuse or dependence, alcohol abuse or dependence or drug abuse, recent general anesthesia within the past 3 months, severe sight or hearing problems, neurological, cardiovascular, psychiatric, or endocrine diseases, and the use of medications that can affect cognitive, emotional functioning, or hormone levels (such as glucocorticoids, antidiabetics, antidepressants, anticoagulants, ß-blockers, benzodiazepines, or hypnotics)

The Visual Analogue Scale-the amount of stress the participant is feeling in the moment would be measure with VAS. State-Trait Assessment of Resilience Scale (STARS)- the level of resilience the person is feeling in the moment will be measured by STARS. Timepoint: Single [Cross-sectional study]
