Inclusion criteria: Patients with MRI for adnexal mass characterisation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Proven histopathological cases of metastasis to the ovary Poor quality MRI Age less than 18 years Failure to acquire contrast or ADC sequence in the patient
