Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with a diagnosis of any psycho-dermatological conditions since 1 year. Admitted in the dermatology ward. Between ages 18 and 55. Any gender. Read Kannada, English, or Malayalam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any existing psychotic symptoms and mania. Exposure to intense psychological intervention at present or in the past 6 months.
