Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate ASA class 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with pre-eclampsia and eclampsia Baseline bp >140mmhg BMI >30kg/m2 Comorbid conditions (cardiovascular, renal,hepatic diseases) Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia like coagulopathy,raised ICP Failed spinal anaesthesia

Effective prevention of adverse effects like nausea, vomiting secondary to hypotension & improved neonatal outcome with norepinephrine than ephedrine.Timepoint: 2 years
