Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between the age of 11 to 14 years (6th to 8th standard). Both male and female subjects. Children whose consent form signed by their parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females during menstrual cycle. Children who are undergoing any regular training (sports, dance, yoga, swimming etc.) Children with known developmental disability, obvious deformity and any neurological, Musculo-skeletal problems and cardiovascular conditions. Any known medical or surgical conditions. Children who were acutely ill at that time of interview.
