Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All trauma patient age group 18 year to 65 year of either sex need intensive care unit support with or without mechanical ventilation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving informed consent Brain dead patients Failure to follow-up CCU stay or mortality with in 24 hour of admission
