Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects without any systemic diseases Subjects who are not under any antibiotic medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects using antibiotics or antiseptic mouth washes. Subjects undergoing any dental treatment, with orthodontic or with extensive intraoral prosthesis.
