Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: All cases will be selected on basis of: Radiological findings confirming open tibia fracture according to Gustilo Anderson classification type 1,2,3(A,B,C) and Tscherne classification grade 1,2,3 Patients more than 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients who are not willing for surgery H/o old surgery or fracture in the same limb
