Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing major surgery for all malignancies Patients more than 18years of age of either sex Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with speech hearing or visual impairment or illiterate Patients with histroy of psychiatric illnesses Patients undergoing head and neck cancer surgery Patients unable to communicate in the postoperative period
